3. Retainer Services
For ongoing retainer-based services:
Clients may cancel with written notice.
Any unused portion of a prepaid retainer may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, excluding work already completed.
Refunds do not apply to time, resources, or services already allocated or performed.
4. Project-Based Services
For project-based work:
Deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before completion, refunds (if any) will be limited to the portion of work not yet performed.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and may incur additional administrative fees.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
